By not providing any clarification, they can intimidate people into not doing things, and it makes the law have much greater power then as it was written. I would rather spend 6 months doing research, then tens of thousands of dollars in a criminal defense, and risk using loosing all my guns. The issue is, the state refuses to provide any guidance, and has basically said they will just arrest you when you do something that is wrong.
